About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
The Little Rock Diamond Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering excellence in education and driving the personal and professional growth of youth aged 13–18 throughout Central Arkansas. We empower the next generation by providing impactful mentoring alongside vital training in life skills, leadership, financial management, and mindfulness, while also opening academic doors through college scholarships.

Our Story
Founded in 2018 with a compassionate drive to support underserved youth and families, the Little Rock Diamond Foundation was established to level the playing field for underrepresented communities in Central Arkansas and have since expanded to the Delta Area. Our dedicated team of mentors, educators, and community leaders actively administers life-changing initiatives like the national Kappa League youth program and our hallmark "Huddle Up!" enrichment symposiums. Driven by core values of equity, service, and holistic growth, we provide underserved Arkansas youth and families with comprehensive leadership training, college readiness, financial literacy, and essential health and wellness support.
What truly sets us apart from similar organizations is our deeply localized, dual-action framework; we don't just prepare teens aged 13–18 for future professional success, but we also actively combat immediate community vulnerabilities by aiding the homeless, feeding the hungry, and caring for the elderly. Through this wraparound approach, we ensure that every diamond in the rough receives the direct, compassionate support needed to build a brilliant future.
